Are your wall art products premium?

Yes, all our wall art products are premium and crafted with high-quality materials. We ensure they are delivered in strong, protective packaging to maintain their pristine condition.

We accept online payments via Credit/Debit Cards and UPI. Additionally, we offer a Pay-on-Delivery option for added convenience.

Yes, orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. However, for custom printing and framing orders, cancellations are not accepted after the design is confirmed.

Standard orders are delivered within 7–10 days. Custom printed and framed products may take 7–15 days. (Note: Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you updated in such cases.)

Most of our products come with free shipping. For very large or heavy items, a shipping charge may apply due to high courier costs.

We accept returns for wall art in the following scenarios: Wrong size, paper type, or frame shipped. Product delivered in a damaged condition. For original artwork, if you no longer like it, returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, email us at hello@artebella.in with pictures of the delivered product. Our team will schedule a pick-up. (For very large or heavy items, return charges may apply.)

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. (Note: For original artwork, deductions will be made for damages if applicable.)

Custom printed and framed products cannot be returned once the design is confirmed. However, if the product is damaged or not as per your order, send us pictures within 6 hours of delivery at hello@artebella.in, and we will arrange for a replacement.

For the best results, we recommend a resolution of at least 300 DPI or a minimum dimension of 2000×2000 pixels to maintain sharpness and clarity. If you’re unsure, our team can assist in optimizing your image for a flawless final product

Review your Final Product within 48 hours.
Team will send you the final product look over your WhatsApp for final review before dispatching.
