Online payments allow us to confirm orders instantly, begin production immediately, and ensure faster dispatch of your artwork. It also helps us maintain transparent transactions while reducing processing delays.
Yes, you may cancel your Wall Art or Quotes order within 3 hours of placing it.
After this window, production begins specifically for your order, and cancellations are no longer possible.
For Custom Print & Frame Orders:
Custom-printed and framed products may be cancelled only before the design is approved/confirmed by you.
We will send you the design to confirm. Once the design is confirmed and production begins, cancellations are not allowed.
Because all our Wall Art and Quotes are made-to-order, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged during transit, or
- You receive a wrong product (different from what was ordered).
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered
- It must not be used, altered, or further damaged after delivery
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:
- Clear photographs from multiple angles (showing damage or incorrect product)
- Your order number and delivery details
- You may share these details via WhatsApp or email
- Claims reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refund & Replacement:
- If the product is damaged during return transit, deductions may apply.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Custom-printed and framed products are specially produced based on your approved design. Therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged once the design is confirmed.
However, action will be taken only in the following cases:
- The wrong size, paper type, or frame was shipped
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

- Your order number and delivery details
- You may share these details via WhatsApp or email
- Claims reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and provide replacement only:
- For products damaged during transit
- For incorrect products shipped (wrong size, paper type, or frame)
Important Notes
- The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered
- It must not be used, altered, or further damaged
- If the product is damaged during return transit, additional charges may apply.
- The replacement will be of the same dimensions and specifications as originally ordered.
Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location or courier delays. In case of any changes, we will keep you informed.

- Visit Orders in your Artebella account to check the current status
Yes, we do accept bulk orders.
Since we follow a made-to-order process and do not maintain bulk inventory, we recommend contacting us in advance for bulk requirements.
