Return & Refund Policy
At Artebella, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience, we have outlined our Return and Replacement Policy below.
A. Wall Art Orders
We accept returns for wall art under the following conditions:

If you no longer like the artwork.
The wrong size, paper type, or frame was shipped.
The product was delivered in a damaged condition.

Key Details:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery date. To initiate a return, email us at hello@artebella.in within 24 hours of delivery, including pictures of the delivered product. Our team will schedule a pick-up. If a return charge is specified for the product, it will be applicable.
Note:

If the product is damaged during the return process, deductions will be made before processing the refund.
If you wish to replace the product, initiate the replacement request within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

If the product is incorrect inform us within 24 hour, we will schedule replacement.
If the product is lost inform us within 24 hour, our team will contact you to solve the issue.

B. Custom Printed Orders
Custom-printed and framed products cannot be returned once the design is confirmed. However, replacements are allowed under the following conditions:

The wrong size, paper type, or frame was shipped.
The product was delivered in a damaged condition.

If you face any of the above issues, email us at hello@artebella.in within 24 hours of delivery, including pictures of the product. Our team will arrange for a replacement.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

Refund Timeframe:
Your refund will be credited 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment method, refunds will either be credited back to your original payment account or offered as store credit.

Cancellations:

Custom-printed orders cannot be canceled after design confirmation. However, you may cancel the order within 48 hours of placing it if the design is not yet confirmed.
