You may return the item(s) within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Courier return charges apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
To initiate a return, please submit a refund request within 48 hours of delivery by visiting Orders , selecting the relevant order, and clicking “Refund Product.” Kindly upload clear images of the delivered product and provide your bank details. Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup. You can also share the product image via email (hello@artebella.in) or whatsapp.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. If the product is damaged during return transit, an appropriate deduction will be made before processing the refund.
